Our homemade meatloaf is made with an Angus top sirloin beef roast that is ground on site here at Little Rock Stock. We add our own unique flavors and ingredients to make this one of the most juicy and tender meatloaf you have ever had. This aint your mama's meatloaf! Unless you mama makes outrageously good smoked meatloaf. We then we wrap our meat loaf in bacon and smoke it on our Big Green Egg BBQ grills.
